SuspendWizard is a self-serve software tool. Support covers billing, account access and technical issues with the application — it is not a consulting, advisory or document-writing channel, and our team does not write, review or edit the text the generator produces.

Using the tool
Regenerations, escalation-letter drafts and PDF exports are all run by you from your dashboard during your tool access period. If a feature fails or your access link does not work, email us with your case ID and we will fix the software-side issue.
