Reinstatement, account standing, and selling privileges are decided exclusively by the relevant marketplace (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, or any other operator). SuspendWizard has no authority over those decisions and cannot, and does not, guarantee:

• That your account will be reinstated.
• That the marketplace will respond at all, or within any specific timeframe.
• That a particular appeal strategy will be accepted.
• That historical results we publish (e.g. success rates, country counts) will recur in your case.

3. "24 hours" target

Any "24 hours" reference on this site refers to our internal drafting and review target — the time it takes us to deliver the POA to you. It does not represent the time the marketplace will take to reach a decision.

4. Information you provide

The quality and accuracy of the POA depends on the information you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that the suspension notice, invoices, photos, and any other evidence you upload are authentic, accurate, and legally yours to share.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuspendWizard's total liability arising from or related to your use of the service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific case in question. SuspendWizard is not liable for lost revenue, lost inventory, lost payouts, suspension extensions, or any other indirect or consequential damages.
