What SuspendWizard does

1. Core service

SuspendWizard is an e-commerce policy expert system. We help suspended sellers on Amazon, Etsy, eBay and Shopify draft a Plan of Action (POA) that is aligned with the suspending marketplace's own published policies and risk signals.

Each engagement includes:

• Automated analysis of your suspension notice and uploaded evidence.
• A platform-specific, three-part POA drafted in the tone marketplace integrity teams expect.
• An evidence index that maps each uploaded document to the relevant section of the POA.
• A print-ready PDF version of the final POA, downloadable from your case page.

2. What we do not do

• We do not act as your lawyer, attorney, accountant, or licensed legal counsel.
• We do not contact the marketplace on your behalf or operate your seller account.
• We do not guarantee that your account will be reinstated.
• We do not guarantee a specific response time from the marketplace.

3. Follow-up requests & additional information

Marketplaces frequently ask for more information after the first appeal (additional invoices, photos, clarifications, identity documents). You can return to your case using the secure access link that was sent to your email after purchase and add new evidence or request a revised POA.

Each new round of drafting is charged separately. The first revision within 7 days of delivery, when based on the marketplace's own follow-up message, is included at no extra cost.

4. How accounts work

You do not need to create an account to use SuspendWizard. The intake form only asks for your email, shop name, and product category. After payment, a unique case access link is sent to your email. That link is the only way to re-open the case, download the PDF again, or submit follow-up evidence.

Optional sign-up is offered later if you want a single dashboard for multiple cases.
