Refund Policy

1. Seller and Merchant of Record

SuspendWizard is operated by Quadrapi Global Lojistik ve Tasimacilik Dan.Hiz.Tic.Ltd.Sti. ("Quadrapi Global Ltd.Sti."). Orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which handles billing, tax and refunds on our behalf.

Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT / sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing country and shown in the total before payment. When an order is refunded, the tax collected on that order is refunded together with the product amount.

2. Refund before first download

Every order is fully refundable at any time before you first download or copy the generated document. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, the order is treated as fulfilled once the document has been downloaded, and is non-refundable from that point — including where the marketplace declines the appeal, since the final decision is made solely by the marketplace and is outside our control. The exceptions in section 5 always apply.

3. If your appeal is rejected

A rejected appeal is not a product failure, but we do not leave you without options. Report the rejection from your case workspace and you receive, at no extra cost:

• a free regeneration of your Plan of Action, rewritten around the marketplace's follow-up message; and
• a free escalation letter drafted for the marketplace's escalation channel.

4. How to request a refund

You can request a refund in two ways:

• Visit your Lemon Squeezy order management page, enter the email used at checkout, and request a refund for the relevant order; or
• Contact our support team through the contact page with your order ID and a short explanation, and we will forward the request to Lemon Squeezy.

We respond to support requests within 3 business days.

5. Professional SaaS Plan subscription

The Professional SaaS Plan monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard or via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain tool access until then. Already-paid monthly fees are non-refundable, except where the plan was not used at all in the current billing period.

6. Always refunded in full

• Non-delivery: if the AI generator fails to return a usable POA within 7 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Duplicate payment: any duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
• Unsupported input: if the parser cannot classify your input against the supported policy libraries, the credit pack is refunded in full.

7. Automated regenerations

One free automated regeneration based on the marketplace's follow-up message is included within 30 days of the initial generation. Additional generations consume new credits. The Professional SaaS Plan removes the regeneration cap and the 30-day window during the active subscription period.

8. Statutory consumer rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law (including Türkiye's consumer-protection legislation and, where applicable, EU/UK consumer law).
