   Hour 0-1: record the code and the exact wording

   Screenshot the notice, your Seller Dashboard, open orders, and any messages from buyers or rights owners. Access can narrow during a restriction.

   Hour 1-3: protect open transactions

   Ship what you can, communicate delays, and refund where fulfilment is impossible. New unresolved cases during a review make the outcome worse.

   Hour 3-8: map the code to the policy and the evidence

   Identify what that policy requires you to prove: sourcing, authenticity, identity, delivery performance, or account independence.

   Hour 8-24: write a Plan of Action

   Root cause, completed corrective actions with dates, and preventive controls with owners and frequencies. Attach the supporting documents.

   After sending: one thread, one follow-up

   Track the case reference. Follow up once if the stated review window passes with no response.
