How long does an Etsy suspension appeal take?

Review time is mostly a function of how much verification your case needs. Identity checks resolve when a document matches. Intellectual property and handmade cases require a human to assess evidence and sometimes to contact a third party. Incomplete appeals add a full cycle because the reviewer has to request more information.

• Proof of address issued in the last 90 days (utility bill or bank statement)
• Supplier invoices or production evidence for the listings that were flagged
• Photos of your workspace, tools, or work-in-progress items for handmade claims
• Screenshots of the affected listings before they were removed
